Affectionately known by our guests as Mr. C, I am the Operations Manager at Pinewood Village. I come from Malindi, a small sleepy town north of Mombasa. I have been with Pinewood Village from 1991, when we first opened our doors. I have complete knowledge of all the intricate systems of our beautiful resort and am extremely passionate about our services. I look forward to welcoming you to our gorgeous resort and will be present to meet you upon your arrival to give you a detailed briefing of our establishment, services and everything that makes us exceptional.

Born and bred in the capital city of Nairobi, my roots are at the lakeside region of Kisumu. I am the Head of Reservations, but most importantly your first friend and contact with Pinewood Village. I joined Pinewood Village after a 12 year stint with reputed hotel chains, namely the Intercontinental & Fairmont groups. I am a graduate of Kenya Utalii college, the finest hotel school in Africa. By putting myself in your shoes, I aim to anticipate your every wish and desire, and will endeavour to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience. My name is Pamela Mshai. I come from Taita Hills (the promised land) in Coast Province. I am the Reception Supervisor and Head of Guest Relations at Pinewood Village. I will always be here to welcome you to our magical resort and to settle you in to your new home. I do not promise the world, I deliver it! I have been at Pinewood Village for the past six years and am fully conversant not only with our resort but with our guests as well. This is more than a job to me, it is a calling. I am a people person and enjoy making and keeping friends from the wide diaspora. I have a Diploma in Clearing and Forwarding but my heart has always been in the Hospitality Industry. For those of you who have been here, Karibu Tena. For those who have not, you do not know what you are missing. Come, let us spoil you!
