Hi Ronnie
It doesn’t seem like two weeks since we left Pinewood Village to come back to England. The time has flown by.

Sorry we didn’t get to see you before we left on 17th March. Many, many thanks to you and all of your people at Pinewood for making our stay absolutely brilliant. You really do have some very special people working for you, and of course the Village itself is great. It was great chatting to you about Kenya and the Mombasa area, and of course about the birds. Got some great pictures of the weavers.

I went in to see our local travel agent last week, and while there was able to recommend Kenya, and Pinewood in particular, to a couple who wanted somewhere relaxing and couldn’t make up their minds whether or not to make the trip. Think I managed to convince them that the media had overplayed the problems badly, also showed them some of our photos. We’ve already started planning for another trip to Kenya next year, with, hopefully, more time with you.

Please give our best wishes to Duncan, Justice, Mary, and the wonderful lady who looked after us down by the beach bar, and of course all of the other people on your staff that we met. Good luck with the Summer season, and look forward to seeing you next year.

Dear All,
Just a quick note to thank you all for the wonderful job you did on our wedding, and our glorious three week stay with you.

We cannot say enough good things about Pinewood. We've traveled around the world and always stayed in the best hotels, however your beats them all. The level of service from the management to the serving staff to the cleaners was incredible. The friendliness of everyone and the genuine willingness to help is a rare thing to find.

The wedding was incredibly organized. The only complaint that our guests had was that they hadn't booked to stay in Pinewood, a mistake they intend to rectify next time in Kenya. In fact most of them spend their second week visiting us in Pinewood. I'd like to add a special thank you to our chef Evans who was wonderful, Pamela for all her help and friendship, McCarthy for going above and beyond at the bar and of course Chanagwa for the best wedding we could possibly imagine.

Thank you again and if there's anything we can do for you, please don't hesitate to contact us. We hope to see you all soon again.

Jambo everyone,
We just wanted to say a huge huge thank you to each and everyone one of you at Pinewood for giving us such a fantastic holiday. You are all very special people and you made us feel and our holiday so special. We have never come across such a friendly and welcoming hotel and will treasure of memories of our time with you. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

I am so glad that we chose Kenya as the country for our wedding and we will be returning to Pinewood again. We feel very sad to be home, but will look forward to meeting you all again one day.
